For all users: How do I ensure payment security?
We utilise a trusted escrow platform called Tradesafe - which is backed by Standard Bank for all EYE payments.
This system is ideal at mitigating counterparty risk and building trust between unfamiliar buyers and sellers.
As a client, once you’ve selected your service provider, you’ll make payment for the work using Tradesafe - which accepts debit and credit cards as well as Ozow.
All funds are safely held in escrow until the project is completed to your satisfaction. The Service Provider is guaranteed payment if the project is successfully completed and should the Customer have a dispute with the Service Provider, we will refund the payment in full.
You can also request a maximum of two revisions from your service provider to ensure the final work meets the agreed requirements before releasing payment. Only after you release payment, will the Service Provider get paid.
